Western Medicine was established by Dr Arthur Criddle to provide private specialist medical care of the highest quality. The doctors at Western Medicine are all specialists in internal medicine and geriatric medicine.

Western Medicine is based at the Hollywood Specialist Centre, Monash Ave, Nedlands. We provide a consultant physician service to Hollywood Private Hospital. Patients are also seen as outpatients at the Hollywood Specialist Centre.

We work closely with General Practitioners to ensure quality care for people as outpatients or inpatients. Outpatient appointments can be made by telephoning the rooms. Patients need a referral from their GP before making an appointment.

To request admission to hospital during the day, GPs should telephone the rooms or call Dr Criddle. After hours, it is easiest to call the hospital switchboard and ask to be put through to Dr Criddle.
